Dog Walker Arrested for Alleged Animal Cruelty in Massachusetts

A disturbing incident unfolded in Medford, Massachusetts on Sunday morning, resulting in criminal charges against a resident. Frederick Ingrando, 33, found himself in police custody after witnesses reported seeing him brutally mistreating a dog he was walking.

According to police reports, officers were alerted to the scene near Fellsway West and Sheridan Avenue around 11 a.m. Witnesses recounted seeing Ingrando striking the dog repeatedly in the head and lifting it off the ground by its collar in a harmful manner.

Thanks to the vigilance of witnesses, officers were provided with video evidence, enabling them to swiftly identify and apprehend Ingrando at his residence. He now faces charges of animal cruelty. The impacted dog was promptly taken to a nearby veterinarian for evaluation, highlighting the urgent need for accountability in cases of animal abuse.
