The cutest competition in sports, featuring our four-legged furry friends, is this weekend.

The 20th annual Puppy Bowl will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 11, ahead of Super Bowl 58. Puppy Bowl XX features puppies on Team Ruff and Team Fluff competing in a mutt-size football stadium for the Wayfair “Lombarky” Trophy. A record 131 adoptable puppies from 73 shelters nationwide will be represented, including six special-needs puppies.

For the first time, there will be adorable canines in vital nonplayer positions, including dog coaches, an all-dog cheerleader section, dogs in the TV control room, and even dogs “working” the camera. This year’s event will also feature the first-ever canine assistant referee, Whistle.
